Noodles is a very popular dish around the world, specially in Italy. But, In this opportunity I am going to present some kinds of pasta made in our region.
Red Noodles
For many the red
noodles are the favorites, it can even be said that they are the most prepared
both in homes and in food stores, these are made with tomato sauce and pieces
of cooked or fried chicken are added, or meat, which is mixed with the sauce.
Sautèed Noodles
Within Peruvian gastronomy, one of these dishes that also stands out is the one that is prepared with lomo saltado, this is one of the ones that has the most ingredients to achieve the rich flavor seasoned with what characterizes it; To make it in addition to the pasta, it has red and Chinese onions, yellow pepper, tomato, cumin, pepper, soy sauce, pisco and a few pieces of loin meat.
Green Noodles
Green noodles are one
of the great Peruvian recipes, especially for those who do not like to consume
or do not feel like preparing them with meat or chicken. they are usually mixed
with basil and spinach.
My Eating Habits
Hello! I am Pedro. I am from Peru. This time I am going to talk to you about my eating habits during the week and on the weekends.
Weekdays:
In the morning, for breakfast I usually eat "Chaufa con Pollo" with the tradicional juice of our city. Sometimes I have coffee with bread and cheese, butter or egg. Likewise, I eat fruits like banana, mango or pineapple.
At luch I eat what I can cook. In this case Chicken and rice. In addition to preparing lemonade and salad. Also, I can eat a menu.
At dinner time. I eat street food or milk with coffee and breads.
Weekend:
I don't usually
eat breakfast because I wake up very late.
For lunch, I
usually eat parridalla, ceviche or whatever my aunt prepares. I usually drink
soda. And I go back to sleep until dinner.
Finally, for
dinner I eat in a restaurant or buy a hamburger.
